Becoming a strategic partner and affiliate with the members of the Alliance Management Network brings access to over 900 community associations and more than 200,000 homes. 
 

A strategic partner must be in a position to work with all of the Alliance members nationwide.  Products and services that are above and beyond what is normally offered to other companies, or that can be quantity-discounted, are desired.  These products or services can aimed at the management companies, the associations or the individual homeowners.

Through this agency, the associations of the Alliance have access to one of the industry's best Directors & Officers Liability Insurance policies, as well as Fidelity Bonds, Crime Insurance, Errors & Omissions Insurance, Employment Practices Liability, and more.  Kevin Davis Insurance Services will work with through the local agent representing the association.

      


The Resident Connection Service Network, developed and operated by WhiteFence, enables consumers to conveniently compare and purchase utilities, telecommunications and other household services online in a matter of minutes.

The Network’s Brand Channels - customized online “move centers” privately branded by numerous types of companies and other organizations as a benefit to their constituencies - provide service providers with direct access to consumers when key buying decisions are made (typically when consumers move). Channel Partners join the Network to create their own private label Brand Channels to provide their constituencies (customers, members and/or employees) access to the Network and to enhance their core businesses.

Service providers join the Network to gain access to Network consumers, to increase up-sells/cross-sells, to reduce churn, to improve customer satisfaction, and to reduce order processing costs.

The Community Associations Network, LLC was formed to create a single, public, internet resource for community associations and the people and firms that work with them. The phrase "re-inventing the wheel" has been used often to describe association operations, where each board of directors wrestles with a problem or issue as if it has never been dealt with before. Chances are it has, but there was no way to find out about it. CAN is going to try and change that.

CAN is not affiliated with one individual, company or group, instead we try and bring you the widest possible scope of information, products and services to help you with this housing type. It is our hope that by doing this you'll find a good, positive answer to questions and issues that may confront you.

The principal of CAN has 30 years in the community association business and has built up a network of friends and professional contacts that keep him constantly informed of the state of the industry. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Alliance.
