Alliance Management Network
Associations - Quiet Times Ahead
Proven Success

The management companies that are members of the Alliance have been working with associations almost since associations began to be built in any numbers.  You don't survive and succeed in this business for so long a time without having proven yourself time and time again.  It is even more telling that so many of the clients of the member companies have been with them for such long times, 20 years or longer.  That tells of a continuing commitment to excellence.

Leadership

David Regenbaum (AMI) was President of the Community Associations Institute.  Judi Phares (CMA) chaired the NBC-CAM, which administers the only national certification program for community association managers, and won a prestigious award for her work in management.  CMA was the recipient of the American Business Ethics Award.  Laura Ziff (AAM), in Arizona and Jeff Olsen and Russ Disbro in California, were among the founders of state organizations to improve management education and professionalism.  Members of the Alliance believe that leadership, both within the industry and in their community, is a critical part of the reasons for their success throughout their careers.

Professional Staff - Key to Success

The members of the Alliance know that the key to a successful long-term relationship with an association is the people who provide the services.  The managers of the Alliance members receive continuing education from national industry trade groups like the Community Associations Institute and from state associations, like the Arizona Association of Community Managers.  In addition, every member has in-house continuing education program for all staff members.  They look for outstanding people when they hire, and train them to be outstanding managers and staff. This is key to providing associations with the high level of service they expect.

Shared Knowledge

The members of the Alliance meet  on a regular basis and their staffs communicate with each other to help with issues or just to pass along new knowledge.  This means they are often far ahead of the information and learning curve when it comes to issues and problems that arise in association operations.

State-of-the-Art Systems

Even though computers have been around for awhile, there are still associations that can't reports on a timely basis, or whose books don't balance.  The members of the Alliance have worked hard to develop systems that will deliver information to board members and owners that is accurate, timely and understandable.

What This Means For Client Associations

Peace and quiet - what every board member wants.  All of the sophisticated systems and training don't mean much if they don't transfer into performance in managing your association.  The members of the Alliance have an outstanding track record of delivering on their promises.  Just ask their clients.
